You are always welcome to be at rest with Me

Sometimes I just desire to sit with You. I can go deeper for Your voice, but sometimes to be together and not speak I believe is wonderful too. I know there is always a depth You would touch, a revelation of intimacy, another point of contact. And they are always welcomed.

Would there be another way? Can I have a feeling of contact? A touch? That would always remind me of Your nearness, Your care for what I am currently doing, an interest to participate…all are welcomed, and desired. It’s like a hug. Who doesn’t want one of those on occasion?

My perspective is not unlike yours. I too would walk in the cool of the evening with you; is any conversation necessary? Of course not. But My desire is the same, to be with you. I search for this togetherness; I desire it from the depths of My heart.

Would I share all with you? Of course, but in due time. Some at the response to your questions, but other times because I know you are ready for more of the kingdom to be revealed. And still other times when neither is shared. Yet your presence is still desired.

If we can enjoy where we are, the moment of our doing, then revelation is a natural outcome. It is an exchange of love where questions and answers tighten the bonds. A revelation of each heart and maybe not so much of the revelation of things of interest to the heart. Both are needed but only one is required. I would always welcome this place too.

And I am aware that this place of rest your heart needs is a sign that you have been under some stress of life, and I would release that burden just being with you. And I know – confession is not necessary; your heart has already asked the question. Remember My first appearance was as One that covers, protects, dances, and loves – all experiences that hearts communicate without words. You are always welcome to be at rest with Me, and as an exchange My overwhelming peace will always be yours.
