Your weakness is within My strength, and the power to overcome lies there

Day 141

I am overwhelmed in what I see: images of my friends suffering, fires, national medical issues that remove freedom, trustworthiness of governments that supposedly care for their people, fear, resistance, control, wealth transfer to the few – it’s as if all have been captured in some way by the enemy, to remove any sense of right, of release, of freedom, of faith in God; even to bring in a sense of futility for the small fight against the rage.

This is not a measure of the power of God against the enemy but a resolving, as in a telescope eyepiece, of the awareness of the strategy of God. The focus is not on what should be done, but on Him, and what He is doing, whether complete understanding is available. I ‘look’ in one direction but need to ‘see’ in another; I look at the suffering of man but need to see God.

And in that lies your peace – that I will accomplish that which I have set My mind to do – of release, and freedom, and prosperity for all. The end would be this way, for no man believes he needs anything when he thinks to have everything. Men of wealth and power are captured by that which they seek, and desires are fueled only by more. It is an evil perversion of thought of those who would, deep within, desire Me yet see no need to find Me. What is laid before man easily entices and captivates him, and would control him, and would say ‘Is this not what life is to be?’ It is the great temptation: all of this would be yours if you would sacrifice but one thing – your heart.

Resistance of the heart to this way of the enemy is not easy; he comes within your weakness, for that is where he lives. But your weakness is within My strength, and the power to overcome lies there. Within My heart is your strength, your freedom, your prosperity, your being. There lies unending Goodness, relentless release of Might, Prosperity, Peace, and Wisdom, over which the enemy has no power. There is a battle within a war, of that there is certainty, but you will be safe within Me, within My presence, if you will always seek that place. Victory is assured but it will be through the power of the Kingdom in ways unseen by all. Be with Me and your eyes will see that victory.
