I Am the resource you need to move among others

Day 205

My heart is drawn to the place of just being where You are, as if I could be away from You in any manner, perhaps just by my attention being occupied by other things. I feel no need to do or say anything even though there is great pain currently by war, poverty, disease, any number of things that could use my attention to relieve suffering. It’s as if I would prefer to be elsewhere, with You. Is that just evading responsibility and what You would wish to do among men?

This is the place for the soul to refresh, the heart to be at peace, a restoration of will. The movement of My power through a man wears upon his being, and beyond its expression is meant to draw him to Me. It is only there that the two further become one.

You cannot move effectively among those in need without the great resource that is My presence; perhaps only for a while, but then you would quickly diminish in capability. It is meant to be that way. I Am the resource you need to move among others, to extend My desires to heal, restore, and give the peace I have suffered for to all. Within this you have no strength of your own, nor full understanding, nor complete wisdom – those only come from being with Me.

I know the heart to serve – but I would be remiss not to call you, to spend time with Me, to nurture and protect you, to invigorate your being with all that I am, that you might move in strength. It is this desire I have instilled within your heart that you might endure. You would do well – for the well-being of you heart, mind, and body – to seek after this place as often as you will, and as often I would call. It is a well of restoration for your soul, a place of teaching, empowering, peace.

Have you not had visions, been shown the places where I would take you, learned of My heart and the desires I have for you, revealed I Am as Peace, Freedom, Prosperity, and Creator? Would you want to be anywhere else?

I speak to the depths of your soul, your being, and it is there that is the place of oneness that you have sought. These matters of the heart will always be yet will require even more attention to the need to be with Me. It is the longing of my heart too, for where you are I would always want to be.

Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.

But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
