Find the true contentment of life you yearn to see

This is the value of life I have sought – that it is not necessarily the wisdom of others, though that has been helpful at times, but it has been Your shared wisdom of the past couple of years that has set the course of my heart, my desires, and my life.

No other action on my part has resulted in so much return to what I consider meaningful than these conversations. At times I have felt them to be repetitive, and perhaps not as revealing as I would have thought possible, but I know otherwise: I am learning to distill the wisdom of the moment, receive the awareness and understanding of relationship first, before moving out into the ‘things’ I would wish to see. As with many circumstances in my life I have a tendency to rush to judgment based on limited understanding and thought, and know I need a much better foundation in the knowledge of who I am in You.

It is a true observation that there is the tendency for you to rush to judgment, some conclusion of observed events, and equally true of hopes desired but not seen. It is an issue of the heart and mind that seeks some kind of order, a compartmentalized understanding from which to move on to other desires; it is not unique to you, but common to all. It is how many function in an age of so much input.

But with Me there is no rush, whether to understand events, or thoughts, or desires deep within. I contemplate all that I might know the fullness of what lies within. This you are now learning – that there is always the need to discover the depth of feeling, of desire, of thought. The rush to completion, goal seeking, counting wealth, is but a distraction to the continuing desire of the heart to know itself, and the purpose of being. And it is more than a contemplation from a source that does not know itself; revelation must come from the Source of creation, and that requires time be spent with the One that creates.

If you are to create too, and understand your intentional creations, then you must be with the One that can reveal your heart to you, that you may create from it and not from the urges that move you, those common among mankind. You are unique, and must see yourself so, and not like any other, which leaves the idea of comparison out of consideration.

Your focus needs to be tuned to My revelation, for in that you will find the desires you so much want to see. You will learn to create from intention. You will see the results of your creation. You will come to look at your creations with the same eyes as I do and pronounce them good. You will be, and do, as I have seen within, and will find the true contentment of life you yearn to see.

Therefore, let your attention be on the singular – be on Me – and do not become distracted with the outside events of others; they are well to know, but let your understanding be to know yourself, to discover the greatness and majesty that lies inside, that you may walk in all I have created for you. Let this be your intent even as it is Mine.
