A hand that touches Me can set the focus

I have come to the place of wanting to uncover the mysteries of You, to know the Kingdom in ways I should. I know this spiritual place is way above my comprehension yet feel somewhat compelled to explore anyway. I probably do not know what I am asking, or the ramifications of the ask. It just seems that I want to know my true heritage, that I feel ‘maxed’ in where I am and need a peek into where I am going to keep me motivated.
I know that being with You is the only key, that these conversations are the means, and that I need to be resolved in my heart to pursue this direction with all I am regardless of the short-term outlook or outcome – I probably would not understand what I am looking at in this place anyway.
I feel I have learned something at this point from observing Jesse’s play in baseball – it’s that touch on the ground that sets my focus for what the next circumstance might bring. It may bring nothing; yet eventually there will come a moment where I can make a play for growth, for witnessing, for revelation. Will I be set for having prepped myself each day, each moment I would touch my foundation? It is a constant reminder of who I am, and who I would reveal.

There can be learning in all you observe if your focus is to see from a higher perspective, from Wisdom’s perspective. Know that He is constant in his dedication in helping you comprehend your destiny in Me. Even in places where you feel you cannot learn, where you might sense you have progressed to a higher level, from where you understand you might inspire and teach others, you can still learn – if your heart is open to do so.
Sometimes the innocent can reveal the truth of Me in ways the mature overlook. They may not understand their actions but reveal the simplicity of My presence in life without any judgment. They may not be able to explain their actions in any meaningful way to you, yet if you are paying attention can alter your perception. You use baseball as a spiritual metaphor to help visualize a kingdom principle – it works because you are desiring to see.
Let’s take what you have seen a few steps further: a hand that touches Me can set the focus – this action draws the attention from all the distractions to discover the true direction of focus – upon the circumstance that would appear to reveal something of your heart. How will you respond – will your focus be one of judgment of good or bad? Or will it be an opportunity for you to make a play of discovery, of intent, of creation? Sometimes there is only a short opportunity to do so – will you be ready for having your expectation set in advance?
Training might be a key even when nothing seems to be happening, and it becomes easier to look elsewhere. Just reset once again, for there will always be another circumstance, another opportunity for you to see who you are in a way of enlightenment.
“The object is to stay low to the ground and perfect the stance needed for any ground ball. The player steps forward with their right foot, which allows them to get close to the ground. The left leg soon follows, inching the body closer to the ball. Without anyone rolling any balls toward the player, he moves as though someone is throwing the ball to him and taps his glove twice on the ground in a ready position as if he is receiving the ball. Repeat these steps. Right foot, left foot, tap-tap. The player can move quickly horizontally or vertically. Again, the object of this drill is to perfect the infielder’s stance, stay low and get comfortable in the receiving position.”
