Seek only to release all with a touch

Day 234

I see the ‘rains’ of Your presence falling on me, gathering into a pool within, like an aquifer deep within the earth. And I see this Presence within flowing out as a stream, then a heavy flowing river rushing without, seeking its most efficient path as it speeds to its ultimate destination, that place where all things are at rest and at peace. It is here that all things reach the fullness of what they were created to become, that out of this abundance all things are fed, and thirst is no more. It’s as if the waters rush from within only to rush to where they started, to be released again.

I Am is at peace with all. I am enticed to speed where circumstances appear to need a quickened response, yet I am measured in what that response is to be. I stand to move, yet I am moving all the time, for My eyes see the destruction, the hurt, the sorrow, and My heart is moved to compassion. And in My compassion am I constantly moving.

To see Me as doing nothing is to not see Me at all. Would I be oblivious to man’s suffering? Would I create only to see what I have created turn to dust and be no more? That is not Me. As long as man dwells with this perception the more he will dwell alone and suffer the consequences of this thinking.

I would not leave that which I have created and love with all My being, but man perceives it so for I do not do as he wishes. Yet, I have given him the power to discover his wishes if he would only turn to the One from Whom this power flows. If he could see Me he would see himself – that is the great revelation he should pursue, but does not know to seek.

In My presence is the fullness of life, and peace, and joy he seeks after on his own, yet is freely given in every moment; he just doesn’t see, for all these come to him not on his terms, not as he would wish, not to his liking. It is a truth that what he desires most he seeks to have from Me, yet is already given. When will he awaken? When will he see the greatness I have put within? And when will he move within that greatness, that flow of life that seeks after Me? I am always here, waiting for him.

I recognize the tendency to move quickly, sometimes without thought, as if I would miss out on an opportunity to secure what I have always wanted. It is, for me, the easy route, the ‘just do it without thinking’ approach as if to see if luck will prevail. More often than not it does not turn out the way I had hoped. It seems to be a continuing pattern.

I now have seen that it is not the overwhelming presence of action that is required but just a touch. A touch, that when watched, moves of its own accord to where it has been designed to go. It is creation, a movement of my heart, that will ultimately become that for which it was created. I need but touch upon that which I have thought within my heart.

And this is the light. Is it felt with a heaviness, or does it attract from its Presence? It is not, then is. It is not seen but then, even in its smallness of revelation, consumes all darkness with its presence. It touches only, yet is instant. It is nowhere, then everywhere. It is unseen, then overwhelming. Such is My presence, and such is your touch upon all things. And now you are aware of that which has always been within you. Seek only to release it all with a touch, for there is no lack, no end to all within.
