Elite because of their drive to accomplish that which they believe they are capable

I feel as if I am not seeing or even aware of what I am creating, such that I am not intentional with my creation. It’s as if when I am with You there is a hope to see as I go through my day, but once into my day miss what I would like to do.

However, I believe I am a bit better in at least hearing a proper direction for creation to happen, countering the voices within my head that say the same thing over and over: that the means for what I want to do is not the possible way, or not possible at all, and most times just negative in hearing or doing.

But I also believe in my effort to create, that I am listening much more for Your encouraging voice to continue in this direction. Is any of this correct for creation to begin to occur as I would like to see it?

You believe creation is seeing miracles occur from your thoughts and behaviors, and while true, that is not all there is to it – creation is so much more. You have just discovered a small part of what it is to have the magnificence of the kingdom displayed and the great possibilities of what can be seen by those who walk with Me.

It is also true that your awareness of creating is just beginning. As with most things worthwhile you would wish to accomplish it requires a personal discipline that you are unused to – so you are, at the same time, desiring to see something different from the past and having to deal with doubts that what you want is possible along with the execution of those desires.

It is as you are seeing now with elite athletes: they are elite because of their drive to accomplish that which they believe they are capable – the faster, higher, stronger mentality that has not been displayed fully. If that mentality was not there within, greatness would be only defined from the past and not the future. If one believes that greatness has been achieved then how does he believe that greatness can exist within the future? It always lies with the individual, and the effort he instills within and without to accomplish that which he believes.

Your constant effort at becoming better at creation – your listening, your awareness, your practice – will one day become apparent even to you when you discover having achieved that which you have sought all along. Did you not discover Me in the same fashion? Were there not struggles with the ‘how’ of pursuit and with the belief that it was possible to be with Me and to speak with God, and that even now there remains a doubt within that this is not that which you have sought all along?

Even now there is always room for improvement in that which you have sought and achieved; even now, having been with Me, you find it difficult to freely be with Me as you would wish; and yet, even now, you pursue Me – and that is the greater that the elite ones always seek. There is never an end of pursuing that which moves them to a higher place; and even there, at that higher place, they seek for more.

And so, push for more; continue to listen to the voice within encouraging you to move ahead as you are; discern the voices within and choose the one that moves you to your goal of creation. Then watch what happens. Look at all things you do and search for Me within them, and as you do, you will continue to become more aware of your creation being.

Timeless truth, I tell you: whoever believes in me, those works which I have done he will also do, and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to the presence of my Father. – John 14.12

Think of the 4-minute mile, the 100-mph fastball, the quad axle – the impossibility of the body accomplishing those things according to some experts, and yet, done. How did one believe against the impossibility? How did one train? And now many have accomplished the very thing that only one believed, and demonstrated, was possible? Then there is Peter walking on water – has another ever attempted or accomplished the same? Peter believed because he saw it was possible – though seemingly against the laws of nature. Yet should even that be a limitation?
