Day 172

The expectation of more is always upon man’s heart; he is never satisfied with what is. He is never aware to explore the depth of that within, to find the richness and wealth of the moment; he is always seeking to surround himself with things, that he might find the happiness and contentment he has always had within reach of each moment. He has not seen what has been his all along.

And even with that understanding, even with the exploration of these moments, even with being with Me, you still desire to see that which would satisfy you – it remains the same: the accumulation of things to surround to bring peace to your soul.

Do you look to wealth to bring you happiness? You know it will not fulfill completely. Do you then look to Me in the same manner, what I can provide for you to have the same contentment you seek in wealth? It will not be, for I will not be a substitute. I would be the sole possession of your heart. I would be that contentment you seek. I would be all that you would seek, and I would be all that you do not know. And in that place, within the fulness of your heart and the fulness of Mine, will be found all that you truly desire.

I would not be One that gives a bit here, a bit there, that would keep you waiting, that you might desire Me, but I would give as I have always given I would give all, and all would be now. You seek a display of all our kingdom within your life, as if a corner can be turned, and there it appears. But again, you seek on your terms. Know that you do not understand completely, that understanding comes to build upon the previous knowledge, that wisdom is revealed enough that you would grow into its fulness. Yet all is available to you; nothing is withheld. As you dwell with Me you will see all within its proper time, and patience will have its reward.

Let your heart not be troubled, neither afraid, for in Me you have found the heart’s peace and contentment, the full expression of its love. And as with Mine, your heart will display without all that it is within, for that is creation; it becomes the expression of love. Where once it created things to bring contentment, it will now bring things as I have truly made it to creations of beauty, of possibilities unknown, expansion, and wholeness. And it will contain and be surrounded by that which loves it fully.
