Walk with Me – make that your highest desire

I remain faithful to the One I believe in, regardless of the issues I face of retaining strength within the personal struggles I deal with daily, because He is my foundation, my purpose for being, my desire for all that He wants to give me. Why is it so difficult to obtain what has been freely given? And when gained feel it is so easily lost?

I think it comes down to a personal decision of worthiness – I have been made worthy to receive, but when tested by personal desire, and the ensuing failure, decide that worthiness is unjustified – I then must work back those feelings again to the place of receiving. It’s a commonly believed circle I have within this relationship.

However, I believe it is within this cycle of experience, that if pursued with Him, will result in a breakthrough of permanently living within His presence, without experiencing fault, or guilt, or any lack of progress within this Kingdom. The key is to always come back to Him.

One of the issues you deal within is the results of missed opportunities, whether in trading, or finances, of life with its particulars. You feel as if there should have been much more gain – like others have worked to receive yet you have somehow missed – as if by some other perception and effort what could easily have been obtained has slipped through your fingers.

The issue is not the obtaining, but the judgment by you of the One giving and the one receiving: you seek an earlier awareness that you may obtain earlier, as if the two go together. It’s the ‘if only I had…’ perception of thought, as if by having an earlier thought the result would have been different. Even within what you have currently seen this is a false perception of walking with Me.

To obtain the desires of your heart within your own strength is a fool’s task when one does not know the heart’s true desires. How can they possibly be fulfilled? Yet, if the heart is to be free, and manifest its true desires for love and being, then you must let go of the thoughts of what that should look like and allow Me to lift all into My presence. Only there will it find the freedom, the wholeness, the purpose of its life.

Be with Me and your heart is fulfilled; be with Me and watch the flow of my goodness through your life; be with Me and there is no guilt – do you feel it now? No? Then recognize that it is not there at all. Be with Me and there are no missed opportunities; be with Me and know that life is not about what could have been, but what is possible, even if you cannot perceive any future possibility at all. You are trying to perceive our kingdom using the old way of seeing; that will never happen. You need new eyes to see a new kingdom – our kingdom.

Walk with Me - make that your highest desire, and you will see with new eyes. And your heart will be free.
