At times the idea of doing little accomplishes much

Day 154
I have been given much from You yet somehow feel disconnected. I would come into Your presence needing even more. How is that possible when I have met with God? How is it possible that the experience of being with God seems to fade with ongoing life? Why the disconnect? One would think that having met with God life would become something different, maybe more visible, more intense, more emphatic or pronounced for accomplishment. Yet it seems to me to be more that I met God and life appears to have changed just a bit; is there something I am missing or do not understand?

There is a time to wait, a time of patience, a time of speaking and listening, a time of being together that does not require something to be done or accomplished. You seek to change a world, as do I, yet the most important part of that change is just being together. We have discussed this before, yet I see how difficult it is for you to be content in that place.
Yet it is critical you understand that with Me is where all change will be; with Me where you will have increased vision; with Me where you will see the desires of your heart revealed in their fullness. Do not weary of being in here and not out there – it is here where the change occurs such that there is change everywhere else. Be comfortable within your heart that this is where you should be; do not let circumstances dictate your behavior for they shall change for having been with Me. Do not count goodness and evil as if they are a list of things to be numbered, rather, recognize that they change for you having spent time with Me.
At times the idea of doing little accomplishes much. Remember my Goodness is always at work – His work has never ceased, and never will. He washes over man relentlessly, though he does not see it; many times you do not see Him, but you shall. You will see His power, then His victory. So do not fret that you do not see as you wish but be with Me that you can see as you are, and see Me. Always come to Me and you will always find Me; I will always respond. For where your heart is there am I also.
