With Me there is an unlimited future

It seems with my attention focused on the task at hand that there is little time (due to the attention of the task of the moment, or the inclination at least) to consider other things, to explore what may lie in the future.

This future-looking, at least to me, has always been within the realm of prophecy – that area of the gifted, the called, the dreamers, of which I do not seem to be one. Perhaps it is because I have not searched within it for a place of understanding or haven’t been called, but more likely felt that it was not a place I should be exploring with You. Now, for some reason, it seems much more a consideration.

In many instances I have seen myself planning, and investing, in ways that take into consideration the events I perceive may occur in the future. To me It seems as if the future is an undercurrent of time – much as the undercurrent of Now seems always to be there too – and suddenly has my attention. Is this something I can look at, and explore with You? Or should my focus be with what I am seeing currently, and not looking to see something else?

I am not sure what my options are in this space, but it has always been permissible to ask the question, even if the answer might be ‘not now’. You have always allowed that. And how does one ask? Is it by specific interest, such as geopolitical issues, war, survival, economics, investment? Am I allowed to see step by step only, and not a general overview? Or its it just safer to be in ignorance?

You ask of events outside the heart, outside knowing, yet within the walk together. And it’s understandable that on occasion you would want to know where we are going on this walk, a possible destination, knowing that I am always going somewhere, yet seemingly more concerned with just being together on the journey to this unknown somewhere.

As you now know once you begin to understand My heart you discover the destination is not the priority, but it is the conversation and the being together I cherish. You can certainly not only see where we are together now but can also open your vision to see what might be up ahead; you are not limited to see where we are but can see where we might be by the end of this particular time of being together. All is allowed; nothing is hidden to those who would seek to know.

You seek to know, and I understand this is more to calm the heart and perhaps plan for the necessities of prosperity during the time of stress. I understand a heart in this condition – but it does move against the place of trust we have together. Would I leave you stranded, undefended, at a loss of direction in times of trouble, and only be with you when times appear to be good? What kind of relationship is that? Yet, I am always with you, and will not leave you.

I also know the curiosity of the future even if trust remains constant between us. But if I say to you ‘I go to Jerusalem to suffer’ what would be your response? If you were to see something you might fear would that become your focus? Perhaps it is best if I were to reveal the future when the time is proper for you.

I hear your concerns: are my investments secure? They are if you believe prosperity resides within Me. Is my purpose revealed in full? If you continue to walk with Me we will always arrive to where we are going. Is my heart to remain in peace even when all things around me are not? I am the Prince of Peace, and where I am Peace abounds. Would you not choose to be there? Should knowing the future change anything?

Yet with Me you will know all things. With Me Wisdom will be revealed. With Me the magnificence of possibility unknown will be made known. With Me abundance in all things is freely given. Would you not want to know these as perhaps opposed to future events? I know in your heart you would – though you are easily distracted by current events and future possibilities.

Now you see the need to explore the detail of where we are, and to focus upon each other – for that is where our hearts truly want to be. So, perhaps your greatest risk-taking should not be where to put your time and money for the future, but to invest all into Me, for where I am there are you also. And with Me there is an unlimited future, unlimited possibility, unlimited prosperity, unlimited wisdom and peace. And is that not what your heart desires most?
